Amir Bogen is a prominent film journalist who served for seven years as Ynet’s directing editor, writer, and critic. Since relocating to New York a year ago, he became Ynet’s NY correspondent as well as its leading film reporter. Lately, he was appointed as a deputy executive director of the Lighthouse International Film Festival in Long Beach Island, NJ.

In the meantime, Bogen works on his PhD in Film Theory as part of the Tisch Film School in Tel Aviv University. He is also developing a script for a possible sci-fi series in English.
