Ariella Werden-Greenfield is a PhD candidate and the Graduate Fellow for the Myer and Rosaline Feinstein Center for American Jewish History at Temple University. Her research interests include Judaism in the Americas, Afro-Caribbean religion, and Jewish food culture.

Ariella is currently working on her dissertation, an effort that interrogates the role of the Hebrew Bible in the lives of Rastafari. In her work at the Feinstein Center, she plans and promotes engaging and intellectually rigorous events for Philadelphia’s vibrant Jewish community.
