Alice–the smart and beautiful, thirty-something Parisian pharmacist–seems like every man’s dream. There’s just one thing standing in the way of Alice’s chances for love: her obsession with Woody Allen. The biggest Woody fan Paris has ever seen, Alice not only lends all her friends and customers copies of Allen’s films, but often has deep ‘conversations’ with the master director by way of a poster on her bedroom wall. Despite sweet advances from Victor, a charming bachelor and family friend, Alice remains resolute in her single status, with no man short of Woody ever good enough for her. When a variety of misadventures draw Alice and Victor close, Alice begins to reconsider the love affair with her beloved auteur, and to see there may be more to life than what is projected on the screen.
