Sierra Tishgart is a James Beard award-winning journalist who worked as the Senior Editor of New York Magazine’s Grub Street for five years. Now, she is focusing on starting her own company to launch in late 2018.
She regularly interviews chefs live on camera for BUILD Series (her 30-minute talks earn 10 million views monthly) and has appeared as a food expert on Good Morning America and TODAY. She also hosted a web series for CBS This Morning.
She is a graduate of the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University. She still does not understand the appeal of Chicago’s deep-dish pizza.
